"Esther,

    After 27 years together, finding a Father's Day gift for my husband always proved a challenge.

     In addition to his children, his love for the animals who have shared his life remains steadfast and true, and throughout our time together, I have been regaled by the stories of the dog I never met; and loved, with him, those that did share our life.

      Losing one of our two collies to cancer this year, at a young age, was such a devastating blow to him..that I wanted to do something to remind him that this 'club' of lucky animals had something in common, a very special person who was, indeed, their best friend.

     I contacted you with less than 1 month until Father's Day, and shared my idea of this "montage" of these four dogs, covering 4 decades, of varying degrees of photographic sophistication.  You took on this challenge, in spite of your other work..and the result is truly a breathtaking image, essentially bringing time together.  Each dog is unique in it's expression and detail, yet they all 'fit' together.  It reflects the personal attention that you gave to understanding their story and the pride you take in what you do.

     My family and I thank you for sharing your talent with us in this very special way.  I will continue to recommend you to others.
